I always feel so much better when I "E"xercise ... I am trying to get motivated to get back into a regular routine as I have been slacking. I think I might start out with too high of expectations ? so I am wondering .....
How often do you work out? And what does your work out consist of??

I walk for 5 days a week for 40 minutes (20 minutes at a time morning and afternoon breaks at work) I try to do some yoga or something on the wii fit every other day at least. I love to hula hoop too. I bought these huge hula hoop from Hoopnotica online and I love to do that. It is supposed to burn a lot of calories. I don't notice a ton of weight dropping off, but it is really fun and it does tone my abs.

I try for at least 5 out of 7 days.
I TRY to work out 2-3 times per week. Like actual "working out" ie: running, sit ups, biking- and not just running around the house every other day for 2 hours trying to clean and pick up (which is what i also do
)
My husband and I got for a 4 mile bike ride (we live around a small lake which we bike around) a couple times a week. Or we'll take our dog Raja for a jog down to the boat launch which is probably 2 miles there and back. If we don't end up doing either of those I try to do a lot of housework cuz it DOES burn a lot of calories running around like a mad man trying to keep the house in order- or i make sure to go at least 100 crunches and at least 10 push ups (cuz i am a sissy when it comes to those).
Just make sure you get some sort of physical activity everyday and you should be good
