How and where do you find/draw motivation in your life when you need it?

I always feel so much better when I "E"xercise ... I am trying to get motivated to get back into a regular routine as I have been slacking. I think I might start out with too high of expectations ? so I am wondering .....

Me being the girl that I am watched the movie StopLoss last night to try and detect chemistry between Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish ...... my curiosity got to me! So, just wondering if any of you watch a movie to see the chemistry between the actors/actresses? And what do you think about Ryan & Abbie? Or, who has had the best chemistry in your opinion?

Minnesota Twins vs. Boston Red Sox .... a very cool tribute to all mothers/females and awareness of breast cancer .... players all wore a pink ribbon on their jerseys and many sported pink arm sweat bands, necklaces, and there were even a few pink bats. Very cool!
The players looked more manly and cuter than ever in my opinion ... tell me, do you agree, it takes a real man to wear pink!?

I tried to bookmark the website Baboosh Baby to go along with this, but I couldn't get it to work. Anyway ~ Brooke Burke swears by this belly wrap that she wears post birth for 6 weeks to get her figure back ... has anyone tried this product, or know anyone who has? i would love to know if it works, or if Brooke Burke just has fabulous genes (which I think may be the case!) Or, if you haven't used it, would you try it?
